We are looking for an experienced and motivated Arabic speaking Social Media Customer Service Representative to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Take customer orders and ensure accuracy of information
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided and the status of their orders
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic
Proven customer service experience
Familiarity with social media platforms
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
Experience:
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- Arabic and English (required)
