    Description
    • Develop and institutionalize thePortfolio/Program/Project Management framework across theTransformation Office project portfolio.
    • Defineand communicate the role of the Transformation Office PMO withinthe organization, emphasizing its value in driving successfulproject outcomes.
    • EstablishPortfolio/Program/Project management standards, processes, andmethodologies and tool to ensure consistent and effective projectexecution.
    • Define and implement governancestructures, roles, responsibilities, and decision-makingframeworks.
    • Collaborate with senior leadershipto prioritize and select projects that align with theorganization's strategic vision and deliver measurablevalue.
    • Manage the project portfolio, overseeingproject intake, prioritization, and resourceallocation.
    • Support project managers increating detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives,deliverables, timelines, and resources.
    • Monitorproject execution, track milestones, budgets, and risks, and ensurealignment with project objectives.
    • Develop andmaintain project performance metrics, dashboards, and reportingmechanisms to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely projectupdates.
    • Analyse project data to identifytrends, areas of improvement, and bestpractices.
    • Facilitate clear and transparentcommunication among project teams, stakeholders, and seniorleadership, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, andaddressing challenges.
    • Collaborate withresource managers to allocate and manage resources effectivelyacross projects, ensuring optimal resourceutilization.
    • Identify, assess, and manageproject risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies tominimize potential negative impacts on projectoutcomes.
    • Drive continuous improvement effortswithin the PMO and across projects, identifying opportunities toenhance project management practices, tools, andmethodologies.

    Qualifications&Experience:

    MinimumQualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Project Management, or a related field; Master'sdegree preferred.
    • Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highlydesirable.
    • Proficiency in portfolio/program/project management and reporting software and tools e.g. Power BI,etc.

    Experience:

    • At least 3-5 years of experience in aProject Management Office (PMO) function, including establishingframeworks, methodologies, and governancestructures.
    • Project Management Expertise:Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, anddelivering a variety of projects, preferably withintransformational initiatives.
    • TransformationalExperience: Substantial experience in leading and contributing toorganizational transformation efforts, showcasing the ability todrive change and achieve desiredoutcomes.
    • Project Portfolio Management:Demonstrated capability in managing project portfolios, includingprioritization, resource allocation, and alignment with strategicobjectives.
    • Project Management Methodologies:Proficiency in various project management methodologies (e.g.,Agile, Waterfall, etc.), with the ability to select and tailormethodologies based on projectrequirements.
