    Description
    • Collaborate with the project lead to manage engagement efforts with project stakeholders, tailoring strategies as needed based on project scale and scope.
    • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans in alignment with the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy.
    • Conduct stakeholder mapping exercises to identify key individuals and organizations, and craft targeted communication strategies to address their specific interests and concerns.
    • Respond to stakeholder inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Actively manage the stakeholder engagement monthly newsletter by suggesting relevant topics and execute the newsletter using the offered digital platform.
    • Manage the LinkedIn page of the client to maximize engagement level.
    • Provide an annual event participation plan locally and globally.
    • Develop the client annual engagement plan that would cover update meetings with stakeholders.
    • Manage stakeholders' participation in the client projects and events.
    • Reach out to potential stakeholders and applicant for the client award. The award takes place every two years.
    • Supervise and guide stakeholder engagement coordinators, overseeing their activities to ensure adherence to timelines and project requirements.
    • Work in close coordination with cross-functional project team members, liaising with other Stakeholder Managers within the team and collaborating with the client team.
    • Provide comprehensive briefings and support to technical teams in preparation for meetings with stakeholders.
    • Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings alongside technical team members, ensuring prompt feedback on stakeholder inputs and requests to technical teams.
    • Plan and manage workshops, roundtable discussions, and forums, including the development of agendas, project plans, minutes, and reports.
    • Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions and activities within the stakeholder database, ensuring a comprehensive audit trail.
    • Represent the program in client-facing meetings and collaborative planning workshops, providing updates on progress and insights into stakeholder engagement efforts.
    • Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for project manager.
    • Attend and actively participate in the Stakeholder Engagement Working Group, facilitating the resolution of action items.

    Qualifications And Experience

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.

    • 3-5 years of proven experience in relevant field.
    • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
    • Excellent English writing skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Experience in supervising or guiding team members is advantageous.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders from various backgrounds.
