- Have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Business or Engineering (;Mining, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Material Science, Ceramics, etc.).
- Have 1-2 years of working experience (internships count).
- Are fluent in English (verbally and written). Arabic is considered an asset.
- Are willing and able to relocate to any global region in the future.
