Are you a good match?

You have significant experience in boutique operations in the luxury retail industry as well as a deep understanding of the importance of working with a team.

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate a non-compromise attitude and approach along with precision and reliability within daily routine.

What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be the guardian of the operations excellence of the boutique.

You will contribute to boutique performance by ensuring that all back office tasks allow fully compliant and efficient front office activities.

In this function:

You will be a key user for SAP & digital tools, supervise back office activities, ensure seamless client journey, guarantee best practices on product storage and manipulation and that retail procedures are respected and, and ensure teams' awareness of Maison's policies & commercial rules
You will be the referent for CS activities and operations, ensure & develop customer service excellence, and implement new strategies with respect with Maison's identity and expertise
You will manage the back office team, build & followup team planning, prepare briefs, and provide
