We specialize in large-scale rose arrangements, refined bouquet design, and high-impact event florals — combining creative excellence with operational precision.
We are looking for a highly skilled, premium-level Florist who wants to grow with a company that has serious ambitions.
As a Senior Florist, you will play a core role in shaping the visual identity and quality standards of Melora Greens.
This position requires:
Strong design sensibility
Consistency under volume
Attention to finishing details
Ability to execute premium arrangements at scale
You will be instrumental in maintaining luxury presentation standards while supporting seasonal campaigns and high-volume order periods.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute premium bouquet collections (50–500 stem formats)
Lead custom floral creations for VIP clients and events
Maintain strict quality control across all outgoing arrangements
Ensure perfect wrapping, ribbon styling, symmetry, and presentation
Oversee flower conditioning, hydration, and storage processes
Inspect incoming stock and uphold quality benchmarks
Support large-scale seasonal campaigns (Valentine's, Ramadan, Mother's Day)
Contribute to new bouquet concept development
Assist in mentoring junior florists as the team expands
Who We're Looking For
2+ years professional florist experience (UAE preferred)
Strong portfolio of premium or luxury-style arrangements
Experience handling high-stem-count bouquets
Deep knowledge of flower care and longevity techniques
Strong eye for balance, proportion, and color composition
Calm under pressure during peak periods
Strong work ethic and growth mindset
