A leading real state company in the UAE is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their dynamic team and drive their Real Estate sales to new heights in Dubai.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and lead a team of Real Estate Sales Professionals.
  • Extensive knowledge in secondary market and off plan.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Train, Mentor, and Motivate sales staff to achieve their sales targets.
  • Manage property viewings, presentations, and negotiation processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Generate and follow up on qualified leads to initiate and close property transactions.
  • Guide clients through the buying or selling process, including legal and financial aspects.
  • Stay uptodate with changes in market regulations, legal requirements, and industry practices.
  • Extensive knowledge in Downtown and Business Bay secondary market

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience of min 5 years as a Sales Manager in the UAE real estate market.
  • Indepth knowledge of Dubai's real estate industry. Including legal and financial aspects.
  • Expert in real estate secondary market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Resultsdriven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • RERA certification is mandatory.
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle.

Pay:
AED10, AED15,000.00 per month

  • Sales Manager in the UAE real estate market: 5 years (required)
- real estate secondary market: 5 years (required)
- train, Mentor sales staff to achieve their sales targets: 4 years (required)
