    Description
    • Actively assisting clientengagement across the portfolio ofprojects
    • Prepare cost options studies for avariety of infrastructure and public realmassets
    • Contribute to and produce cost estimatesfrom conceptual sketches, descriptive narrative and other drawingsand specifications, able to make reasonable technicalassumptions.
    • Accountable for a variety ofcomplex deliverables throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects,ensure projects remain on budget as the primary project costcontroller.
    • Take part in project team briefingson scope to ensure roles and responsibilities areunderstood
    • Preparation of earned valuereports
    • Prepare, review and updatecash-flows
    • Responsible for assessing the valueof progress payments and change requests for contractors andconsultants and making recommendations toclients.
    • Contributions to RFP documentation andmanagement of procurement process
    • Tenderdocument preparation
    • Tender review andreconciliation
    • Participate and evaluate valueengineering solutions
    • Working knowledge ofindustry recognized Contract forms (FIDIC) and standard methods ofmeasurement including CESMM, POMI,NRM.
    • Excellent presentation and negotiationskills

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Science in QuantitySurveying and/or Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited,internationally recognized institution or University. As a minimumactively working towards MRICS or equivalentaccreditation.
    • Minimum 8 year'sexperience in the industry.
