Your mission:

• Develop and execute trading strategies for petroleum products (gasoil, gasoline, fuel oil), with a particular focus on East Africa
• Identify commercial opportunities, analyze market dynamics, and negotiate purchase and sales contracts
• Manage relationships with suppliers, clients, and logistics partners, ensuring seamless transaction execution
• Oversee operations through to final delivery, in close coordination with shipping, finance, and back-office teams
• Act as the key interface between local market challenges and the global performance imperatives

Profile sought:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in petroleum products trading, with deep knowledge of East African markets
• Proven understanding of the commercial, logistical, and regulatory aspects of the region
• Strong ability to anticipate risks and manage market volatility with agility
• Fluent professional English; Arabic or local languages would be an advantage
• A mindset that thrives in demanding, multicultural environments and embraces change
