    Experienced Residential Sales Agent in Dubai

    Position Overview:

    Quanterra Group is acting on behalf of a client in Dubai seeking an experienced Residential Sales Agent to join their team.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales with a focus on residential properties.

    They will be responsible for driving property sales building client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Property Sales:
    Identify and cultivate leads for residential properties through various channels including networking referrals and prospecting.
    Conduct property viewings presentations and negotiations to guide potential buyers through the sales process.
    Close sales deals by effectively addressing client needs overcoming objections and showcasing the value proposition of the properties.


    Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including buyers sellers landlords and developers.
    Understand client requirements preferences and budgets to recommend suitable properties and provide personalized service.
    Follow up with clients regularly to provide updates on available properties market trends and investment opportunities.


    Market Research and Analysis:
    Stay informed about market trends property values and competitive landscape in Dubais residential real estate market.
    Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property prices identify selling points and develop effective sales strategies.
    Provide clients with accurate and insightful information to help them make informed decisions about buying or selling properties.


    Marketing and Promotion:
    Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to showcase residential properties and attract potential buyers.
    Create compelling property listings brochures and marketing materials to highlight key features and benefits.
    Utilize online platforms social media and other marketing channels to maximize property exposure and reach target audiences.


    Administrative Duties:
    Maintain detailed records of property listings client interactions and sales transactions using CRM software or databases.
    Coordinate property inspections appraisals and closing procedures to ensure smooth and timely completion of sales transactions.
    Prepare and review sales contracts agreements and other legal documents in compliance with regulatory requirements.


    Qualifications and Skills:


    Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or related field (preferred).Proven experience as a residential sales agent in Dubai or similar real estate market.

    Strong sales negotiation and communication skills with a customercentric approach.
    Indepth knowledge of Dubais residential real estate market including neighborhoods property types and market dynamics.
    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
    Proficiency in using real estate CRM software Microsoft Office suite and other relevant tools.
