• Providing administrative and clerical support service to tenants of the Business Centre.
• Providing a conference room booking service for tenants of the Business Centers and outside organizations.
• Assisting with the marketing of publications for the Business Centre and Conference Rooms.
• Create, produce and monitor monthly recharges connected with the Business Centers.
• Assist with providing viewing of units to prospective tenants.

• Must be selfmotivated with ability to multitask and manage time well
• Have good attendance
• Be organized and detail oriented.
• Present a personable and professional manner
• Be able to communicate well with visitors, staff, vendors, property owners, and tenants.
• Capable of learning unfamiliar software programs.
• Be able to operate office equipment such as keyboard, fax, copier, and postage machine.
• Be able to maintain confidentiality in appropriate circumstances
• Be open to the possibility of expanded duties as business knowledge increases and interests become focused.
