- Development of competencyframeworks, and conducting competencyassessments
- Development of governanceframeworks, including committee structure and terms of reference, adelegation of authority, three lines ofdefense
- Development of detailed processes inVisio or ARIS or other BPM tools, standard operating procedures,and work instructions improving organizationalefficiency
