Employee relations:
Handling employee grievances, providing counseling and guidance, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.

Performance management:
Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees and managers.

Training and development:

Identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, coordinating employee development initiatives, and fostering a learning culture within the organization.


Compensation and benefits:

Administering employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, conducting salary benchmarking, and managing employee benefits schemes.


HR policies and procedures:

Developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations, and maintaining employee handbooks.


Employee data management:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, managing HR databases and systems, and generating reports and analytics to support decision-making.


Employee engagement and retention:

Implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, conducting employee satisfaction surveys, analyzing feedback, and initiating measures to improve employee retention.


Compliance and legal matters:
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, handling disciplinary actions, and managing workplace investigations.

HR strategy and planning:

Contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals, and providing insights and recommendations to senior management.


Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month


Experience:


  • HR Management: 3 years (preferred)
