Sales Person with Automotive Paints Experience (Indoor and Outdoor)

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated sales executive person to join our team.

As a sales executive you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base both in the export and local markets.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard new customers, promoting our products and ensuring comprehensive market coverage.


Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers in both domestic and export markets to drive business growth.
• Develop and execute strategies to effectively promote our products and establish a strong market presence.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and materials for customer engagement.
• Conduct regular market visits to gain insights into customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Gather feedback from customers and the market, conveying insights and suggestions to the relevant internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop innovative approaches to market expansion and customer acquisition.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience Automotive fields (Must)
• Bachelor's degree or any other equivalent qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Driving license must for outdoor sales person
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Preferably having experience of 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive industry.


Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
