    • Develop and manage F&Brevenue driving strategies and actions in order to increase guestnumbers and drive overall revenue
    • Identify andtarget business opportunities, actively pursuing these to driveactualization
    • Collaborates with the F&Bservice and Culinary Team to develop and implement innovative menuofferings based on guest and marketfeedback
    • Communicate effectively across allhotel departments in order to build strong knowledge of F&Bpromotions, activations and products to drivingsales
    • Drive alignment of all colleagues, teamleaders and managers to ensure strong messaging of key initiativesand promotional material to allstakeholders
    • Effectively handle guest feedbackand requests in order to ensure total satisfaction and driveloyalty
    • Improve service by communicating andassisting individuals to understand guest needs, providingguidance, feedback, and individual coaching whenneeded
