- Proactively support the efficientoperation of the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring the highestlevels of financial performance and guestsatisfaction
- Actively and enthusiasticallyformulate and execute plans to drive F&B outlet performancethorough both internal and externalguests
- Effectively build corporate and otherthird-party relationships in order to deliver group business intothe F&B outlets
- Work effectively withDirector of food and beverage to generate promotional plans andstrategies to drive overall F&B outlet businessperformance
- Develop and manage F&Brevenue driving strategies and actions in order to increase guestnumbers and drive overall revenue
- Identify andtarget business opportunities, actively pursuing these to driveactualization
- Collaborates with the F&Bservice and Culinary Team to develop and implement innovative menuofferings based on guest and marketfeedback
- Communicate effectively across allhotel departments in order to build strong knowledge of F&Bpromotions, activations and products to drivingsales
- Drive alignment of all colleagues, teamleaders and managers to ensure strong messaging of key initiativesand promotional material to allstakeholders
- Effectively handle guest feedbackand requests in order to ensure total satisfaction and driveloyalty
- Improve service by communicating andassisting individuals to understand guest needs, providingguidance, feedback, and individual coaching whenneeded
