    Job Summary

    This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of FAB's ATM and CDM network by performing reconciliation, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Reconcile ATM/CDM transactions, investigate discrepancies, and settle disputes in accordance with established processes.
    2. Review General Ledger accounts to identify funds at risk and related settlement amounts.
    3. Manage project activities related to Reconciliation systems and processes.
    4. Respond to and resolve customer complaints within allocated timeframes.
    5. Make informed decisions to settle or escalate issues, adhering to service levels and escalation matrices.

    Job Context:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    1. Ensuring availability of scheduled reports for FAB's ATM and CDM reconciliation activities.
    2. Reviewing ATM and CDM-related General Ledger accounts for risk exposure and settlement.
    3. Liaising with ITD for EJ reports not generated on the Reconciliation system.
    4. Reporting and resolving discrepancies after Reconciliation system execution.
    5. Providing transaction details for settlement inquiries with Central Bank.
    6. Coordinating with Records management for ATM/CDM physical roll delivery.
    7. Notifying line manager of pending cases with justifications.
    8. Reviewing and submitting AOV for ATM and CDM accounts via PVR system.
    9. Preparing ad hoc reports using IntelliMatch system.
    10. Supporting project activities related to ATM and CDM reconciliation enhancements.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify and mitigate risks and frauds in daily activities, adhering to control procedures.
    • Escalate exceptions as per BAU and escalation matrices to manage risk effectively.

    Efficiency:

    • Execute tasks efficiently without compromising risk controls or service levels.
    • Suggest improvements to enhance quality and efficiency, promoting best practices.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Commerce, Finance, or related discipline.
    • 5-8 years of relevant banking sector experience, with 3-5 years in managerial roles within Core Processing functions.
