Responsibilities:
Must be able of creating detailed production drawings for the fit out works.
Ability to work under pressure and as per the requirements of multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be knowledgeable on Industry standards and be capable of coordination between fit out joinery team and site engineers for successful execution of the projects.
Must be able to act fast when there are required changes due to site conditions, materials, or any other relevant parameters.
Capable of preparing local authority drawings and as-built drawings
Requirements:
Must have a minimum 5 years experience working for an Interior Fitout and Joinery and must have proven experience in the successful completion of high-end commercial projects in UAE.
Excellent drafting skills in operating computer software like AutoCAD, and Revit.
Should be able to communicate fluently in English and Hindi.
UAE driver s license preferred.
Proactive with a Go-getter attitude.
Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
Expertise in interior technicalities.
Excellent portfolio of previous works.
