Description
We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Civil Architectural Draughtsman to strengthen our growing team.

Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be shortlisted:

  • Available in UAE and can join immediately.
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Must have UAE Experience

Responsibilities But Not Limited to the Following:

  • Preparing drawings, sketches, and models of building designs to communicate with clients and other architects
  • Preparing bids for construction projects, including estimating materials, labor costs, and other expenses required to complete the project Reviewing blueprints made by other architects or engineers to ensure they meet building codes and industry standards
  • Preparing drawings of plans for structures such as houses, commercial buildings, and industrial complexes Drafting plans and specifications for new construction projects using computer software programs
  • Communicating with other architects or designers to discuss project details and changes to designs
  • Preparing sketches or models of architectural concepts before beginning construction on a building
  • Preparing drawings of existing structures to be renovated or remodeled
  • Estimating costs for materials and labor for construction projects Determine quality, cost, strength and quantity of required materials, and enter figures on materials lists

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 2 months


Salary:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month
