Description
Assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Units & Building Management
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
- Develop networks and cooperate with Landlords, Property owners.
- Keeping uptodate with market trends and regulations
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers to ensure a successful transaction.
- Other duties as assigned by Business Heads and Manager
- Must be in Dubai, UAE
- Open to fresher's (with Home country Real Estate experience)
- With UAE experience is a plus
- With Sales experience
- Age between 233
- Presentable and Professional demeanor
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- MS Office familiarity
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
