    PositionSummary: This is a contractopportunity for an indefinite time. The ideal candidate will berequired to be on the phone 99% of the time contacting andinterviewing candidates. Interviewing tasks could include ongoingand ad hoc requests as well as quantitative and qualitativeprojects.

    Qualifications:

    Theideal candidate will possess 2 years experience in a call center(preferably in the recruiting industry) along with specificexperience in the staffingfield.

    Multilingualcandidates are preferred (English ArabicSpanish)

    Responsibilities:

    Develop newclients by establishing relationships with key hiring managers inthemarket.

    Understandcompanies growth strategies and related hiringneeds.

    Recruitcandidates for our existingclients.

    Partner withclients to understand their strategic hiring needs to effectivelyfill their openpositions.

    Under ourguidance develop and execute a specific recruiting strategy touncover the mostqualified candidates for ourclients.

    Conductconfidential interviews of qualifiedcandidates.

    Presentshortlisted candidates toclients.

    Manage andfacilitate the negotiationprocess.

    Develop andmaintain longterm client and candidaterelationships.

    Research anddevelop leads for future businessdevelopment.

    3 years of experience in managed care at a health plan or medicalgroup required. 3 years of experience in an administrative supportposition required. An equivalent combination of education andexperience sufficient to successfully perform the essential dutiesof the position such as those listed above is also qualifying.Knowledge of: Regulatory and accreditation requirements related toPQI. Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology of quality improvement. HealthInsurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements.Methods and techniques utilized for prioritizing tasks, organizingdata, reviewing information and implementingprocesses.
