To prospect and develop accounts in order to generate individual and group enquiries within assigned segments, industries and territories for all hotels that are part of Damac Hotels and Resorts Management in the assigned region.

Exceeds personal and team related revenue goals for room nights, F&B, meetings and Spa.


Job Responsibilities:

Dedicated to understand the overall UAE and Dubai market- and competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand and knows how to sell against them.

Ability to aggressively pursue and evaluate, solicit, sell and confirm business as required to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitabilityAbility to solicit and service corporate accountsFollow-up on all leads, maintain a good relationship and generate revenue


Job Requirements:
4 year bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales & MarketingDubai experience
