- Project Planning and Management: Oversee all phases of retail F&B fit out projects from initiation to completion ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets including cost estimation tracking and reporting.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications conducting regular site inspection and quality checks.
