As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and captivating designs that communicate our brand's message, enhance our marketing efforts, and engage our target audience.

Your role will involve conceptualizing and executing various design projects across different platforms, including digital and print media.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and contribute your creativity to produce high-quality graphics that align with our brand identity.


Responsibilities:


Design Creation:

Develop innovative and impactful designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website visuals, brochures, posters, infographics, and advertisements.


Brand Identity:
Ensure consistency in design elements across all platforms to maintain a strong and recognizable brand identity.

Creative Conceptualization:

Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that effectively communicate the brand's message and objectives.


Graphic Production:

Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit graphics, ensuring they are optimized for different media and formats.


Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.


Typography and Layout:
Pay attention to typography and layout principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Image Selection:
Source and select appropriate images and graphics to complement and enhance design concepts.

Market Research:

Stay updated with design trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to continually improve and innovate our design output.


Client Communication:
Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand design requirements and provide design solutions that meet their objectives.


Requirements:


Experience:

Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.


Design Software:
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other relevant tools.

Creativity:
A keen eye for aesthetics and a demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute original and innovative design ideas.

Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design, ensuring that final deliverables are error-free and high-quality.

Communication:
Excellent communication skills to effectively interpret design briefs, collaborate with team members, and articulate design concepts.

Adaptability:
Ability to handle feedback and make revisions accordingly, adapting designs to meet specific project requirements.

Time Management:
Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Passion for Design:

A genuine passion for graphic design, with a proactive approach to staying updated with design trends, techniques, and tools.


Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
