RETAIL STORE MANAGER - DEPARTMENT STORE
Urgently required RETAIL STORE MANAGER for the retail store (Departmental store) in Sharjah.

  • Manages day to day operations including department or section setup and inventory control. Ensures the smooth and effective functioning of store
  • Experience in managing the retail store sales team.
  • Ensured that customers were provided with a very professional customer experience and make sure that customer leaves the store with a pleasant smile
  • Must ensure sufficient inventory available at the store to avoid being "Out of Stock"
  • Ensure that department store is always presented and merchandised to the highest standards whilst maintaining focus on the most profitable items and ensuring delivery of the retail KPIs
  • To understand daily, weekly and monthly store targets, clearly identifying what this means in terms of sales, profitability, costs, staffing levels and ensuring this information is communicated effectively to the team
  • Must have close interaction with purchase department so that proper and minimum stock is always maintained at store.
  • Responsible for evaluating performance of all staff working at store
  • Responsible for allocating working hours schedule and leaves
  • Actively supervised and coordinated team to ensure all customers receive the highest level of service
  • Assigned employees to their specific duties to best meet the needs of the store

Experience:


  • DEPARTMENTAL STORE: 7 years (preferred)
  • Managerial role: 3 years (preferred)
