    You will be responsible for leading our commercial strategy for the UAE and driving our growth through partnerships and key client development.

    The successful candidate will need to be highly confident and skilled in speaking to potential clients, regulators, media, and partners.

    As a Commercial Director, you will work with our internal operations, growth, product and marketing teams to achieve the required strategic goals and revenue targets.

    What You'll Be Doing


    Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategy for OKX in the UAE that aligns with business growth objectivesFormulate revenue strategy and revenue optimisation based on the product offering of OKX in UAEWork closely with the executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.

    Lead our partnership work in UAE through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiationsManage relationships with key clients in the UAE ensuring positive customer experienceDrive cross-functional focus on customer outcomes, value and experienceBuild strong alignment between sales, marketing, product, finance and other related business areasAnalyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decision and product innovation

    What We Look For In You

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

    Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Crypto or Traditional Finance sectors, with a significant portion in a leadership role.

    Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies in the derivatives space.

    Strong understanding of futures and options products, market dynamics, market data and indiciesUnderstanding of the UAE crypto and finance regulatory environmentsHighly sociable, confident, and a commercially-minded communicatorExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and market expansion.
    Ability to navigate complex negotiations and forge strong relationships with clients and partners.
