Procurement Strategy and Planning:
Develop a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and fit-out and joinery project requirements.

Collaborate with senior management to set procurement targets, KPIs, and budgetary goals.

Supplier Management and Negotiations:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and contractors for fit-out and joinery materials and services.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms, prices, and conditions.

Cultivate strong and long-term relationships with key suppliers and establish a robust supplier performance evaluation system.

Cost Optimization:
Implement cost optimization strategies, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Set quality standards and specifications for fit-out and joinery materials and services in line with industry best practices.

Ability to commute/relocate:
