Role Description

  • Initiate outbound calls to clients and discuss about service and access about their needs.
  • Understand client's requirements and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
  • Stay updated about real state trends and market strategy.
  • Maintain positive relationship with customers through regular follow ups.
  • Schedule appointment with clients and agents.
  • Meet monthly sales target.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate information effectively.
  • Experience in lead generation and sales.
  • Customer support experience and ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month


Experience:

- telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)
