Role Description
- Initiate outbound calls to clients and discuss about service and access about their needs.
- Understand client's requirements and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Stay updated about real state trends and market strategy.
- Maintain positive relationship with customers through regular follow ups.
- Schedule appointment with clients and agents.
- Meet monthly sales target.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate information effectively.
- Experience in lead generation and sales.
- Customer support experience and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Must have own visa with NOC
Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
Experience:
- telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)
