We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Cardiac Anesthesia Specialist/Consultant to join our team. As a Cardiac Anesthesia Specialist/Consultant at SearchPlus HR, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality anesthesia services specifically tailored to cardiac surgeries and procedures.

As a Cardiac Anesthesia Specialist/Consultant, you will focus on administering anesthesia and ensuring the safe and effective management of patients undergoing cardiac surgery. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including cardiac surgeons, to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise in cardiac anesthesia will contribute to the success of complex cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medical history, conduct pre-operative assessments, and develop tailored anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia during cardiac surgeries and procedures, including open-heart surgeries, heart transplants, and valve replacements
• Monitor patients' vital signs, oxygenation levels, and blood gas analysis during procedures
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout all stages of anesthesia
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and provide pain management strategies specific to cardiac patients
• Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of cardiac anesthesia through continuous learning and professional development
  
  

Requirements

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Cardiac Anesthesia Specialist/Consultant
• Proven experience and expertise in administering anesthesia for cardiac surgeries and procedures
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and anesthesia protocols specific to cardiac patients
• Expertise in monitoring and managing patients' vital signs and responses during cardiac procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
