What will I bedoing?

As a RecreationalAttendant, you will be responsible for greeting guests immediatelywith a sincere and friendly welcome.

• Assist guests with their needsrelated to the pool / beach area
• Respond toguest requests, comments, and concerns in a timelymanner
• Maintain cleanliness of general pool /beach area including emptying used pool towel bins, organizing pool/ beach furniture, collecting towels, and neatly arranging the pooltowel storage shelves
• Confirm guestregistration prior to issuing resortproperty
• Monitor product inventory in order tominimize the loss of resort property

• High School Graduate or equivalentrequired
• Must maintain a neat, clean andwell-groomed appearance
• Intermediate Englishlanguage skills

Itwould be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate thefollowing capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous customer serviceexperience
