- Collation and publishing of costrate libraries.
- Bespoke statistical analysesbased on client and AECOM data.
- Inflation andindexation studies.
- Database development anddata management activities.(including cost, carbon and assetdata).
- Monitor/track and report on issues thatimpact on construction market for both built environment andinfrastructure sectors.
- Drive digitalcollection of data - both internally andexternally.
- Maintain and grow network ofexternal sources to gauge market opinion and information on pricingand issues.
- Lead co-ordination and collaboratewith colleagues in the production of the AECOM Middle EastHandbook.
- Produce quarterly market forecastsand indices - tender price inflation - for both built environmentand infrastructure sectors.
- Analysing ofinformation and identifying trends or market changes - proactivelyreporting on same through Thought Leadershiparticles.
- Review trends in procurement routesand strategy.
- Co-ordinate with other endmarkets geographies withinAECOM.
