About therole

AsData Analyst you will be a key member of the Information Technologyteam within Atlantis Dubai and will play a pivotal role inextracting valuable insights from our vast data sets providingdatadriven recommendations to optimise operations personalise guestexperiences and drive revenue growth. You will collect clean andanalyse data from multiple sources including PMS revenue managementsystems waterpark and guest feedback tools as well as develop andmaintain reports and dashboards to visualise key metrics andtrends. You will also identify opportunities to improve operationalefficiency increase guest satisfaction and optimise marketingcampaigns whilst also partnering with key stakeholders acrossdepartments to translate data insights into actionablerecommendations.

Otherkey aspects of the Data Analyst role will be to collaborate with ITcolleagues in conceptualising and developing new solutionsapplications and dashboards and also assist in the definitiondevelopment and documentation of softwares business requirementsobjectives deliverables and specifications on a projectbyprojectbasis in collaboration with internal users and departments. Youwill consult with other technical staff (internal and external) toprovide expertise toward driving solutions and collaborate withbusiness stakeholders to establish proper standard operatingprocedures.

Aboutyou

Theideal Data Analyst candidate will have a bachelors degree incomputer science information systems or software engineering andhave a minimum of 5 years experience in an IT support role with aspecific focus on ticketing or hotel applications. You will alsopossess comprehensive knowledge of relational databases(SQL/Oracle) and query best practices including expertise intriggers stored procedures and reporting using SSRS. You will alsobe proficient in SQL Excel Python andSSRS.

You will alsohave experience with business intelligence tools like Power Bi orTableau and an understanding of AIdriven analytics as well asexperience in various web programming languages including HTML CSSJavaScript
