    Description
    • Prevent unauthorised persons,equipment, prohibited or restricted articles from entering orleaving the office;
    • Ensure safety of propertyand personnel. Look out for hazards and alert the HSSE Manager asand when necessary.
    • Monitor all documents/packages/product samples of incoming and outgoingconsignments.
    • Supervise patrolling of theproject premises to observe unusual or suspicious objects, andunauthorised persons.
    • Provide assistance tovisitors, issue access passes, and maintain records of securityclearance for employees and visitors.
    • Takeaction during emergency situations such as illness, safety hazards,or other unusual situations.
    • Operate allsecurity-related electronic systems, including access controlsystem, digital surveillance systems, CCTV systems, Access CardSystem and Gate Controls.
    • Operate the main FireAlarm Control Panel, other fire suppression units, Public AddressSystems.
    • Monitor and report all suspiciousactivities or objects or any securityincidents.
    • Act as the primary point of contactfor all off-hours security-related incidents. Support projectrelated security administrative needs, including incident reportgeneration, data entry and associateddocumentation.
    • Coordinate with Client and CICPAfor personnel and vehicle securitypasses
    • Perform other related duties in order toaccommodate emergency situations and as directed by thesupervisor.
    • Coordinate with HSE manager on theproject on a day to day basis.

    EssentialQualifications And Skills

    • Bachelor Degree (4 years) OR Diploma(3 years) (from an institution of higher learning authorized togrant academic degrees in the country ofissue)
    • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in anyindustry.
    • Have strong understanding of ADNOCsecurity requirements and Security related issues and practices inthe Oil & Gas EPC business.
    • Ability tospeak, read and write English with good communicationskills.
    • Effective interpersonal and verbal& written communicationskills.
