Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Conduct consultations with patients to discuss their cosmetic goals, medical history, and expectations.
Perform surgical procedures such as breast augmentation, liposuction, rhinoplasty, facelifts, and reconstructive surgeries.
Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs and desires.
Educate patients on the benefits, risks, and potential outcomes of surgical procedures.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and medical assistants, to ensure optimal patient care.
Follow established surgical protocols and safety standards to minimize risks and complications.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
Stay current with advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies through continuous education and training.
Provide postoperative care and followup consultations to monitor patient progress and address any concerns.
Uphold ethical standards and patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine.
Board certification in plastic surgery.
Valid medical license to practice as a Plastic Surgeon in Sharjah
Proven experience of at least 10 years in performing cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.
Strong surgical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patientcentered approach to patient care.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to maintaining professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.
Demonstrated ethical conduct and integrity in patient interactions.
