• Receivingand reviewing job applications, managing interviews and creating ashortlist of candidates based on the jobassignments
  
• Assessing and respondingto the needs of each particular jobassignments
  
• Managing the processthrough the interview all the way to offer stage to startdate
  
• Developing a good understandingof client companies, their industry, what they do, their workculture and environment
  
• PreparingCVs and correspondence to the clients regarding potentialcandidates
  
• Identify potentialclients and
  
• Focus on buildinglong-term relationships with candidates andclients
  
• A team player with greatcommunication and presentationskills
