    JOB SUMMARYThe Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy to patients who require restoration of physical and mental functioning in order to gain independence in self-care and other

    May supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and

    QUALIFICATIONS Certificate or degree from an accredited occupational therapy

    Licensed by the state in which the Occupational Therapist resides or practices, if state requires, and has received certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy,
