4. Drive profitable growth while maintaining prudent risk management practices and delivering exceptional customer service.
5. Establish close coordination with the other office teams to stay informed about developments in underwriting practices and laws.
6. Oversee the underwriting process for non-motor, Property, and marine insurance products, ensuring adherence to company standards in risk selection and pricing.
7. Innovate by developing and implementing new non-motor and marine insurance products based on market trends and customer needs.
8. Maintain a high level of expertise in non-motor, Property, and marine risks, staying informed about regulations and market trends.
9. Provide effective oversight for the efficient and fair settlement of non-motor, Property, and marine claims.
10. Cultivate and develop relationships with Banks and Brokers in the UAE market.
11. Analyze claims data to identify trends and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
12. Foster and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and corporate clients.
