Minimumqualifications:

• Bachelor's degree orequivalent practical experience.
• 12 years ofexperience in the extended workforce, vendor management, orprocurement industry.
• Experience in devisingand implementing strategies and businessimprovements.
• Experience in a vendormanagement/service delivery leader role, managing operations acrossmultiple suppliers and geographies in the technologyspace.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin andEnglish fluently.
  

Preferredqualifications:

• Experience in vendor management,including driving vendor strategy, process improvement, salessupport of key goals and metrics tracking, managing multiple globalvendors in agreements and execution of extended workforceprojects.
• Ability to collaborate and developpartnerships effectively.
• Ability to manageprojects across multiple stakeholders andgeographies.
• Ability to grow in an ambiguousenvironment.
• Excellent negotiation,story-telling, and communication skills, with the ability toinfluence executive C-Suitestakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving andquantitative skills.
