Responsibilities:

1- Service Provider Coordination: Collaborate with our network of laundry service providers to ensure timely and efficient pickup of laundry orders.

2- Troubleshooting: Resolve any issues or conflicts related to laundry collection, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

3- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth.

4- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback, to management.

Requirements:

1- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the service industry.

2- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and service providers.

3- Customer-oriented: Ability to understand and address customer needs, provide exceptional customer service, and build long-term customer relationships.

Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
