Description
Duties of a Customer Relations Executive include:
- Prepare legal documents and arrange Lawyer Verification
- Land & Property
- Communicate with Sales department
- Attend to client requests, complaints, site viewing etc.
- Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, couriers and drafting agreements
- Regular communication to Legal Conveyancer in the U.K
Qualifications of a Customer Relations Executive:
- 2+ years' experience in customer service
- Communication skills in English and Arabic (ability to read & write)
- Microsoft office skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
Pay:
From AED5,000.00 per month
