Technology Analyst - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Automyze

Description

The Technology Analyst will help us implement new technologies within our 3PL fulfillment center and be responsible for providing technical support to our team members, analyzing system requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve system performance.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify, promote and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and analyze technology requirements, processes and test solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides to support team members with system usage.
• Provide first level support to team members for technical issues, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and recommending necessary changes.
• Participate in system implementation projects, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct system training sessions for new and existing team members.

• Bachelor's degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or relevant field.
• Experience in system analysis field or similar, within eCommerce or logistics industry would be desirable.
• Knowledge of system design and implementation methodologies.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) or similar supply chain management systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
