Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet their individual targets
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market in Dubai and the wider UAE
- Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of the company's products and services
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of sales professionals
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies based on market trends, competition, and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and the wider UAE
Salary:
AED5, AED100,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
