Requirement

Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit themCounselling clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirementsDeveloping a competitive market price by comparing properties and ensuring a fair and honest dealingCreating lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.

Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' valueDisplay and market real property to potential buyersPresenting purchase orders and prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, rental, deeds, closing statements etc)Manage property auctions or exchangesMaintain and update listings of available propertiesCooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectorsDevelop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
