The Role


Objectives:

  • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
  • Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
  • Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handling the salary payments for all employees
  • Reporting to: HR Manager
  • Number required:
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Desired start date: Immediate Joining
  • Probation: 6 months

Requirements:


  • University Qualifications: BSc in Accounting / HR
  • Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years' experience in payroll
  • Specialist knowledge: ERP system
  • Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership skills, Multitasking skills
