The RoleObjectives:
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
- Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this.
Main responsibilities:
- Handling the salary payments for all employees
- Reporting to: HR Manager
- Number required:
- Duration: Permanent
- Desired start date: Immediate Joining
- Probation: 6 months
Requirements:
- University Qualifications: BSc in Accounting / HR
- Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years' experience in payroll
- Specialist knowledge: ERP system
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership skills, Multitasking skills
