    IT Senior Analyst Jobs in Sharjah | Petrofac Careers


    Job Responsibilities:


    Troubleshoot and provide solutions for day-to-day end user operational issues in Oracle Cloud HCM & Taleo stream in ERP operations.

    Build strong relationships with the key business stakeholders by providing solutions to their requirements.
    Manage and oversee Project delivery documents such as system requirements, design, implementation guides, Runbooks, configuration management guides, etc.
    Monitor the assignment groups in ServiceNow & ensure timely allocation of tickets to SI partner Guide the team in resolving reported issues on time as per service level agreement


    Job Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or university in computer science or a related discipline.
    Minimum 8 years of working within professional, enterprise level IT Organization.
    Minimum 5 – 7 years of techno functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
    Understanding of Oil & Gas field services business practices
