E-commerce Supervisor - Sharjah, United Arab Emirates - OC Home Furniture
Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan & manage overall operations for ECOM based on Sales Forecast for the month
- Plan & manage daily sales order fulfillment for both the brands, different territories & platforms
- Prepare daily order sheet and allocate the pick, pack & dispatch based on mode of delivery: HD or TPL
- Liase with Home Delivery, TPL & Customer Service to plan delivery schedules, organize customer confirmations, deliveries & after sales services.
- Maintain daily Tracking system for orders received, orders ready for dispatched, orders dispatched & orders delivered
- Update the report for the same with the help of the coordinators
- Manage Sales Returns and maintain appropriate Tracking mechanism for exchange/refund
- Manage the daily tasks of ECOM coordinators & pickers. Must show exemplary Leadership skills
- Coordinate with the ECOM Coordinators to ensure the items are picked, packed & QC for dispatch based on daily dispatch schedule
- Also, to coordinate with them to QC sales item returned and arrange for exchange/redelivery based on the nature of the return
- Facilitate any stock transfer request from HO ECOM Team for stock reservation for ECOM or Showroom transfers for order fulfilment
- Coordinate with respective Teams/Suppliers for consignments
- Mattress, Sapsa Beds, Wall Paper & Panels & Perfumes
- To ensure we attain the defined KPIs for deliveries, refunds, back to stock & customer complaints
- Coordinate with Export deliveries to Oman & Qatar with the Outbound Teams & CS Team
- Reporting directly to the WH Manager on DaytoDay basis to ensure the defined KPIs are met
- Also work very closely with the ECOM Head Office Team to post any pending orders by creating TRs, replying to the CRM cases, informing regarding any returns/refunds/customer complaint, etc
- Prepare monthly reporting for overall operation on a Monthly basis
Qualification:
- Graduate/Bachelor Degree holder
- Previous experience in similar role/industry 23 years within the UAE
- Managed a team
- Driver's license will be plus
Technical Experience:
- Previous experience of Adobe Magento & Microsoft NAV ERP will be preferred
- Excellent Excel skills is a must
- Should be very Analytical & Logical is his approach
- Previous experience with order fulfillment for Noon & Amazon is must
- Should be familiar with TPL operations
