Responsibilities:

Record, edit, and post content for reels and meetings to engage with our audience effectively.

Attend and complete training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Manage CRM by accurately adding details and implementing necessary changes to enhance client interactions.

Design and order promotional materials such as T-shirts to support marketing efforts and brand visibility.

Update website content and manage social media platforms to maintain an active online presence.

Respond to reviews, engage in social media groups, and generate leads to foster community engagement and drive sales.

Conduct webinars, create and publish blogs, and organize events to showcase our products/services and educate our audience.

Manage LinkedIn profile and create monthly newsletters and recaps to keep clients informed and engaged.

Lead generation activities and coordination with vendors to support business development efforts.

Integrate Zoho CRM with Zoho Campaign and manage client follow-ups to streamline communication and improve customer relationships.

Create templates, conduct demos, and train clients on our products/services to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Oversee internal meetings, record intern activities, and manage WhatsApp chatbot to facilitate efficient communication within the team.

Skills Required:
