Shipping Executive & Admin. Officer


Description:

  • 5 yrs. of experience in customer service & Operations in a freight forwarding company.
In-depth know-how about import /export /cross trade business by Sea freight & Air freight

Experience in rate & service negotiations with Shipping lines /airlines and overseas agents

Knowledge about customs procedures and port operations

Collect and generate required documentation for imports and exports
Verify and request documentation modification if needed
Maintaining of tracking documents and order documentation
Ensure that all shipments are followed up daily up to and including delivery


Requirements:

Strong knowledge of international logistics processes
Strong knowledge of EXCEL and similar software
Detail oriented is a must
Work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize many tasks & work both independently & as part of a team

  • Trustworthy, reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn on the go.
  • Working in Ajman & Willing to join immediately
