    Description
    • Transfer daily city ledger datafrom Front Office system to Back Office Accounts Receivablemodule
    • Verify the total transfer with cityledger folios
    • Review the city ledger folioswith supporting documents such as charge slips, LPOs,etc.
    • Follow up if required for billinginstructions, LPOs, supporting documents,etc.
    • Prepare invoices and obtain Director ofFinance / Financial Controller signature
    • Sendthe original invoices with supporting documents to the customer,file a copy of the full set in the customer file and another copyin the sequential file
    • Calculate commission forcredit card payments received
    • Issue receiptsfor cash and cheques received from customers and credit cardpayment received directly to the bank
    • Hand overall cash receipts to the General Cashier with receiptcopy
    • Prepare and give employee city ledgersummary to the Paymaster on the 25th of eachmonth
