    The Customer Service Coordinator will handleclient inquiries and complaints about the company'sproducts and services. They take calls or respond toclients' emails, answer questions, check on orderprocessing, or resolve complaints ordisputes.


    The role
    Call Center (Answer incomingcalls, provide accurate information and assistance to customersregarding products, services, and inquiries, Problem Resolution,Communication and support other Department, Documentation andReporting)

    Monthly Reports (Sales, Calls,Complaints, Inquiries, Vendors, Application, Call Quality, AgentsEvaluation).

    Corporate (Sales lead, placingorders, follow up with customers, Payments, Drivers, stock,complaints & return).

    Application Data(Modifying prices, pictures, promotions, push notifications, addingnew items).

    Application (Placing Orders,Complaints, follow up with customers andbutcheries)

    Logistics Reports (Renewal, fines,stickers, Number of orders, Traveleddistance).

    Procurement (communication withsupplier & handling forecast)

    Retail(Coops & Pos price update, change item, adding items& daily reports. Social media inquiries & posting& shooting videos
    Requirements 3 years experience in a similarrole

    BA or similardegree
