    Speciality Outlet Chef - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - ROTANA hotel

    Description
    • Supervise the Outlet Kitchen inthe preparation and presentation of all food items in accordancewith the hotel's SOPs and standardized menuguidelines
    • Monitor regular standards ofproduction to ensure highest level ofquality
    • Monitor all aspects pertaining to thecontrol of the hotel's foodcost
    • Participate in the drafting of conceptideas and menus for all special events and functions whileencouraging all employees to put forward their ideas and utilizingthem wherever practical
    • Ensure HACCP standardsare implemented and follow the appropriate hygiene standards as perMunicipality requirements at all times
    • Ensureconsistent on the job training session for culinary colleagues andpromote health and safety
